Airfare
The cost of your plane ticket is not included. Once accepted, please book your flight as early as possible, due to periodic flight increases.
Passport/visa
Passports (for US Citizens) and Visas (for Non-US Citizens) must be ordered and paid for at your own expense. If you do not have a passport or visa already, please be aware that it can take 4-6 weeks to receive.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations will not be included. Please visit your doctor and get the recommended vaccinations for the trip. If you are a student, check with your school's health center first, as vaccinations may be cheaper there.
Travel
Insurance
You must purchase your own travel insurance which can cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident and other losses incurred while traveling.
